Accommodations & Exchanges

We will gather at Casa Xuquk

The land can accommodate about 20 people and there are a variety of options that range from more luxe living to more rustic/Earthy. All prices below reflect the total cost for the immersion, which includes lodging, 3 meals per day, workshops and on-the-ground education, and $100 per person is going towards the community service week (let us know if you’d like to contribute more!) We have limited work/trade spots available, so please inquire during your discovery call if you’re interested in that.

About The Land

Casa Xuquk is located in the valley of Tzununa, along Lake Atitlan, overlooking the lush mountains, shimmering blue lake, and three volcanoes. As part of your stay, you’ll get access to explore and enjoy the entire property, which includes an outdoor yoga deck, a sauna and cold plunge, lots of veggie and herb gardens, fruit trees, grassy areas, a fire pit, hammocks, and more. Walk 5 minutes up the road and you’ll find forests, rivers and waterfalls to explore. Walk 5 minutes down and you’ll find ecstatic dance, kirtan, cafes, and a Sunday veggie market.

Casa Xuquk is located 3.5-4 hours from Guatemala City Airport (Aurora) in the town of Tzununa. You can take a private taxi directly here for about $85, or you can take a shuttle for $30 to Panajachel, and then a 20-minute ($2) boat ride to Tzununa. We can help you arrange transportation once you reserve your spot. If you’re driving, we recommend using a 4x4 because our road is pretty steep and unpaved.
